The guide for 115th Canton Fair from Yoochoice Industrial Group Limited



Dear Sir or Madam,
Welcome to the 115th Canton Fair!
In order to get the free guide and convenient registration service, we yoochoice Industrial Group Limited strongly recommend you experience IC Card online pre-application. Overseas buyers who need their first IC Cards could pre-apply on BEST (Buyer E-service Tool) on the Canton Fair's official website and get an email notice of "Return Receipt of IC Card Pre-application" after their applications are approved within 3 working days. Then the buyers can get their first free IC Cards at the following 3 places:
1. Overseas Buyers' Registration offices in Canton Fair Complex where Green Line are set up special for IC Cards Pre-application.
2. The appointed hotels in Guangzhou, China
3. Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office
by presenting the Return Receipt mentioned above and valid original identity certificates (Passport or Permanent Resident Permit of foreign countries, Home Return Permit or Permanent Identity Card of Hong Kong SAR or Macao SAR, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, or Chinese passports with above-one-year overseas work visa).
Overseas buyers can enter the Complex directly with the IC Card Entry Badge valid for multi-sessions. Please keep it safe. A service fee of 200RMB/card will be charged for re-application under any circumstances including the card is lost or not brought with buyers.
Further attention is demanded for the buyers with Chinese passport of above-one-year overseas work visa:
From the 114th session of Canton Fair, your badge need to be activated by presenting your overseas personal identification documents at any service counter of the three places mentioned above every six sessions/ three years.
